Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Delivery

Our products are contained within glass jars and bottles. Please see rates listed below:

Standard UK MAINLAND Delivery: Only £4.95

Free Delivery: On all orders over £40!

We endeavor to ship your order within 48 hours - delivery is normally within 3 to 5 business days. International orders are generally received in under 7 days. Our business days are defined as Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. As all of our products are freshly prepared, there may be a slight delay if we have a high influx of orders (or a number of large orders). Our current rate of production is roughly 90 bottles per day so this may be unlikely. We will inform you of any delays with your order and offer the chance to cancel if you are unable to wait.

Please note that we only ship to confirmed Paypal addresses - we ask that all customers make sure that your shipping address is the same as your Paypal address. Please contact us when making an order if these details are different.

These charges relate to single Mainland UK only - for carriage charges to the Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or Overseas please contact us for specific and weight dependent charges. We will deliver across the globe, but larger delivery charges should be expected.

 


 

Refunds and Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item
