Pan fry your choice of meat or vegetables until cooked. Add the Thai satay sauce (adding water if necessary) and stir. Cook for 5 minutes over a medium heat until piping hot.
As an alternative, Tuk Tuk satay sauce works wonderfully with crudites or with your favourite dipping foods.
2 - 4 servings.
Store in a cool dry place. Shake well before use. Refrigerate once opened and use within two weeks.
