Thai yellow curry paste can be added to coconut milk, fruit juice, cream, and stock.
Medium Jar (90g of Paste) = 2-4 people
Large Jar (185g of Paste) = 6-8 people
Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate once opened and use within one week.

wonderful paste so versatile and easy to use. I have used it for stir fries, with coconut milk for curry, with yogurt as a dip, or even tossed my chips in it before frying. The quality of the paste is wonderful you cannot go wrong.

I've tried this paste with both meat and fish dishes and it always tastes great! Looking forward to trying out the red paste next

I had never heard of yellow curry paste before and to be honest most supermarket green and red curry pastes taste the same so I thought it would be a mixture of the two but it is a unique and delicious product, can definitely recommend. Its not as hot as the red and not as 'green' as the green but equally delicious - Fab!!!
