Tukata Bird & Thierry Daugeron are pleased to announce a new series of cooking classes available for anyone keen to learn a bit more about various types of cuisine.

An Experience of 2 Worlds

Our classes present you with "Thai cooking" and "French cooking with a twist", allowing you to create, cook and enjoy while learning the essential skills needed when preparing and cooking Thai and French food.

The aim of these classes is to bring you a rare opportunity to learn how to prepare and cook Thai food with Tukata Bird (formally of Mai Thai Noodles House in Cheyne Lane, Stamford) who has been cooking traditional Thai cuisine for many years.

We promise to bring you some amazing - though simple to realise - French recipes "with a twist" thanks to Thierry Daugeron - (from Thierry Daugeron Parties & Events Organiser in Stamford) who has great experience in international cuisine.

As well as our set date classes, we offer a private bespoke service, where we come to your kitchen at a date that is convenient for you. Please contact us for more details. You can either enjoy a one day course or the whole program with all the courses included.

Our classes will start at 10.00am with a talk on products by Tukata and Thierry, followed by a demonstration of Thai cooking with Tukata. You will be able to cook your own Thai lunch. Then following lunch, a demonstration from Thierry, then, the chance to prepare, cook and take home your own Thai cuisine.

Classes will also include:

• A cooking demonstration from Tukata
• Guest involvement in Thai cooking
• Tastings of your own cooking
• Thierry's canapés demonstration
• Making your own canapés

Coffee & herbal tea will be provided.

You will also receive a 10% discount on all Tuk Tuk Foods products purchased on the day. A further 10% discount will be given on all orders taken on the day for cooking utensils and knife blocks.
