Prices stated in our Price List may change without notice. Our products are freshly made here in the UK, however some of the imported ingredients are subject to currency fluctuations and volatile fuel / transport costs impact on our pricing structure. We endeavour to remain as competitive as possible!
Delivery
We use couriers to deliver and we endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible, during busy periods, we do ask you to allow more time. We will confirm delivery with you; dates are given in good faith but cannot be guaranteed. Customers in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Eire will be charged at cost which is calculated on size, weight and location.
Please check your delivery on receipt, any deficiencies, shortages or damages must be clearly noted on the courier’s receipt at the time the consignment is accepted and unloaded. Any claim must be made in writing to the courier and Tuk Tuk Foods Ltd on the day of delivery. Any natural weight loss of products is to be borne by the consignee.
Description & Quality
Unless otherwise stated, the quality shall correspond to samples and specification supplied. Due to the perishable nature of the products sold, Tuk Tuk Foods Ltd is unable to make conditions or warranty as to the length of time for which the goods will remain fit for consumption. Use by dates are assigned to every production batch and shown on stickers on the bottom of jars / bottles.
You as The Buyer undertake to transport and store the products in accordance with the labelling appearing on the product boxes and / or packaging and in any event between 10°C and 15°C at all times and will not sell the product without such labelling. Tuk Tuk Foods Ltd will not be liable for any damages, costs or claims or demands whatsoever unless you, the Buyer, have complied with this clause.
If you have any queries subsequent to delivery regarding the goods supplied and / or invoicing, please contact us immediately either by phone, fax or email, not later than seven days from date of delivery.
Force Majeure
In the event of contingencies beyond the control of Tuk Tuk Foods Ltd (such as, but not limited to, fire, accident, war, flood, interruption of traffic or of production, lack of shipping space, regulations by any government alternation or regulation, lack of import of delivery of goods) Tuk Tuk Foods Ltd will not be liable for any loss caused by non-delivery or delay or postponement of delivery.
If you are acting on behalf of another party, whether disclosed or not, you will be personally responsible for said party adhering to our terms and conditions.
The contract and terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and any dispute arising out of the contract shall be settled by the English Courts.
