Cooking Classes 2010

FAR EASTERN COOKING CLASSES

If you interested in learning how to cook traditional asian foods we can introduce you to the delights of cooking for yourself. Using using the freshest of ingredients we run cooking classes that are fun and practical with lots of helpful hints and tips.

From beginners who want to learn to cook from scratch to those who want to develop their confidence or extend their repertoire - there is something for everyone.

We are currently taking bookings for the following classes:

* Monday 10th May - Malay Cuisine including Laksa

* Monday 7th June - Indonesian Cuisine including Nasi Goreng

* Monday 5th July - Vietnamese Finger Food and Salads

The cost is 125 GBP per person per day. Classes start at 10 am and finish at 3pm.

Coffee and biscuits on arrival, lunch and wine included.

A minimum of 4 people is needed to run each class and a deposit of 25 GBP per person is needed to secure your place. We look forward to welcoming you.
