surrounding villages.

3. WHAT WE COLLECT

When you place an order, we collect:

- Your name
- Your mobile phone number
- Your delivery address
- Your order details (items, date, time slot)
- Any allergy or special request information you provide

We do NOT collect card or payment details. All payments are
made by bank transfer directly between you and us — we never
see or store your card information.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use your information only to:

- Confirm and fulfil your order
- Send you a text message confirmation with payment details
- Contact you about your order if needed
- Match your bank transfer to your order using your reference

We will never send you marketing messages unless you have
explicitly asked us to.

5. HOW WE SHARE YOUR DATA

We do not sell your data. We use the following services to
help us run the business:

- Twilio (SMS service): processes your mobile number to send 
  your order confirmation text
- Make.com (automation service): processes your order data to
  trigger the SMS confirmation
- Wix (website hosting): hosts the website where you place 
  your order

All of these are reputable services with their own UK GDPR
compliance. We do not share your data with anyone else.

6. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

We keep your order details for up to 12 months after delivery
for accounting and customer service purposes. After this, 
your information is deleted unless we are legally required to
retain it for longer (for example, for HMRC tax records).

7. YOUR RIGHTS
