  • Pricing: All prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery costs, which are added at checkout.

  • Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or substitute.

  • Right to Cancel: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days to cancel your order (excluding perishable food items, unless they are faulty).

  • Faulty Goods: If products arrive damaged or are not as described, please contact us within 48 hours to arrange a refund or replacement.
