IMPORTANT: We only accept payment by bank transfer. Your food will
not be prepared until payment is received. Please read the payment
section below before placing an order.

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have
read and agree to these terms in full.

2. HOW ORDERING WORKS

When you submit an order through our website, you will receive a
confirmation with a unique reference number. This confirms we have
received your order — it does not guarantee fulfilment. Your order
is only confirmed once we have received your bank transfer payment.

We operate a batch delivery model serving specific villages on a
scheduled basis. Delivery slots are limited. Selecting a slot does
not guarantee availability — if a slot is full, we will contact you
to arrange an alternative.

All prices include VAT where applicable. A minimum order value
applies per delivery area, shown at checkout.

3. PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER

We do not accept card payments. All orders must be paid by bank
transfer before food preparation begins. Once you have placed your
order, please transfer the exact total to the account below.

You must use the above as the payment reference. This is
how we match your payment to your order. Payments received without
a valid reference may cause delays.

Please transfer promptly after placing your order.

Orders where payment has not been received
may be cancelled.

4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

- If you have not yet sent payment, contact us as soon as possible
  and we can cancel your order.
- Once payment has been received, we are unable to offer a refund —
  ingredients will already be prepped and cooking will have begun.
- If we make an error with your order, we will always put it right —
  please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, you will
  receive a full refund within 5 working days.
- Fresh food is excluded from the standard 14-day cancellation right
  under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as it is
  perishable by nature.

5. DELIVERY

We deliver to selected villages surrounding Stamford between
5:30 PM and 8:30 PM. Delivery slots are available in 15-minute
intervals. Your selected slot is an estimate — delivery times may
vary depending on route and conditions.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our
control, including severe weather, road closures, or vehicle issues.
In such cases we will contact you as soon as possible.

If no one is available to receive your order, we will attempt to
contact you. If we are unable to reach you, the order may not be
left unattended and no refund will be given if payment has already
been received.

6. ALLERGIES & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, shellfish, sesame, eggs,
and soy. We cannot guarantee any dish is completely allergen-free,
and cross-contamination is possible during food preparation.

- If you have a food allergy or intolerance, you must declare this
  in the allergy field at checkout.
- For serious allergies, please contact us before ordering so we can
  advise whether we can safely accommodate you.
- If you are in any doubt about whether a dish is safe for you,
  please do not order it.
- TukTuk Foods cannot accept liability for allergic reactions where
  allergy information was not declared at the time of ordering.

7. PRIVACY & YOUR DATA

We collect your name, phone number, delivery address, and order
details solely to fulfil your order and communicate with you about
it. We do not store payment details and we do not sell your data to
third parties. Your data is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR
and the Data Protection Act 2018. For full details see our Privacy

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TukTuk Foods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential loss arising from the use of our service. Our total
liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the order in
question. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a
consumer under English law.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any
disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts of England and Wales.
